Beijing/Kunming/Dali/Lijiang/Ban Na/Kunming - 11 nights and 12 days DAY 01: Beijing Arrive in Beijing. Where you will be met by your local guide. Transfer to your hotel. Remainder of day at leisure. DAY 02: Beijing (B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner) Full day tour to the Tian'anmen Square, the largest square in the world, then the Forbidden City, where 24 emperors lived and ruled China. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, which is considered one of the finest buildings ever constructed in ancient China. Beijing Roast Duck Dinner DAY 03: Beijing (B L D) Today will be one of the highlights of the trip as you visit and climb the Great Wall of China and the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way with lunch and special dinner. Today's special dinner is Sichuan cuisine, which concentrates on spicy food. DAY 04: Beijing-Kunming (B L D) Beijing to Kunming by air. Kunming - the capital of Yunnan Province - is located on a Plateau 2,000 meters above sea level yet not far from the tropics.It is a booming city with a rich history and culture. Blessed with the best climate in China, Kunming has earned the title "City of Spring". It is an ancient cultural crossroads, blending the colors and customs of the 26 different ethnic groups who live harmoniously in Yunnan, China's southern-most Province. After lunch, visit to kunming World Horticulture Garden. Check in at hotel. DAY 05: Kunming (B L D) Kunming to Shilin (the Stone Forest) located in the lunan Yi Autonomous County-89 kilometers to the south of Kunming. It is a national-level forest reserve , which is the highest single Karst body in the world. The grotesque stone pillars have been praised as the "first wonder in the world." DAY 06: Kunming-Dali (B L D) Morning tour to Dali. Dali built in 1382, is one China's 24 foremost historical and cultural cities. To the west of Erhai Lake and east of Cangshan Mountain, the city is very beautiful with grandiose and imposing towers. Full day to Erhai Lake Cruise Tour, taste Sandao Tea, Three towers Temple, Butterfly Spring, Dali ancient city tour and enjoy the ancient dancing and singing. Overnight at Dali. DAY 07: Dali/Lijiang (B L D) Morning transfer to Lijiang by air-conditioned coach(3 hours). Lijiang is a 800-year-old city of Dayan, which is the only ancient city that remians intact in China. The Naxi constructions, with their natural and graceful style, is the epitome of China's best architecture. After lunch, visit to the ancient city and Heilong Pond. Overnight at Lijiang. DAY 08: Lijiang/ Ban Na (B L D) Full day tour to Yulong Snow-capped Mountain,Ganhaizi, Baisha Fresco. Transfer to Ban Na by air in the evening. Overnight in Ban Na. DAY 09: Ban Na (B L D) Full day tour to Wild Elephant Valley and Shancha River. DAY 10: Ban Na (B L D) Full day tour to Ganlanba, Kanlun forest Garden, Dai village. DAY 11: Ban Na/Kunming (B L D) Visit the Ancient Forest Park. After lunch air to Kunming. DAY 12: Kunming (B) Morning tour to West Mountain-Xishan Forest Park and departure. Today we'll have our special dinner in the Dai Village restaurant with singing and dancing show. (Dai minority people are the origin of Thailand people.) Today's special dinner is Sichuan cuisine, which concentrates on spicy food. Day 4 (B L D) Today you will have a wonderful and special tour - People's Commune (including visit to primary school, farmers' houses, Home for the aged, Greenhouses, the orchard, big local market, etc.). Lunch in the farmers' houses or in the town hall of the commune. Afternoon tour to the Summer Palace, the Imperial Garden. Today's special dinner is Xinjiang Uyghur food. (It is one minority in northwest of China, which is the starting point of Ancient Silk Road) Day 5 (B L D) Have a visit to the Opera School, Where you can communicate with the students of the school and see how they have their special training. After lunch visit the famous Lama Temple and Beijing Zoo where you can see the lovely Giant Pandas. Hotpot and Barbecue dinner and Peking Opera in the evening. Day 6 (B L D) Today, you will have life-long-lasting experience---to be a Beijing Citizen for one day. (Group will be divided into several smaller ones staying in different families in the old Beijing City area called Hutongs. Tour starts from morning. Have breakfast with the family. Go to morning market for shopping with the family. Make dumplings and prepare for lunch. Visit the street committee, the kindergarten in the neighborhood area and the busiest shopping area only for local people with the family member, etc.) In the evening enjoy the most famous Acrobatic show. Today's special dinner is most exotic, if you dare to try the snake, and drink the blood of the snake with Chinese liquor and taste fried scorpions, frogs?- turtle soup!!! (Don't worry, there is always something to your taste.) Day 7 (B/D) This is a day to explore on you own. It will be your final day for shopping and sightseeing in Beijing. Route 1 China tour - the tour which interests everyone, taking in Beijing.... the famous buried terracota
army in Xian .... and the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. Beijing (3N) - Xian (2N) - Shanghai (3N) - 8 nights / 9 days Day 1: (D-dinner) Arrive in Beijing, hotel transfer. You will visit thousands of life-size Terra-cotta warriors and horses guarding the Tomb of the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang (221-210BC). Afternoon to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built in 652 in the Tang Dynasty to keep safe the 657 volumes of Buddhist scriptures brought back from India by Monk Xuan Zang and later visit the Hua Qing Hot Spring. With lunch and special dumpling dinner. Day 6: Xian/Shanghai (B L D) Morning flight to Shanghai. Shanghai, the "Paradise of Adventurers" in the past and China's commercial centre today, is the most sophisticated city in China. After lunch visit Shanghai Art Museum. Then taste the local Shanghai food. Day 7: Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai (B L D) A full-day excursion to Suzhou by coach. Suzhou is known as the "Venice of the East" and famous for its silk industry as well. There you will visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Garden of Master Fishnet (World Heritage Site listed by UNESCO) and the silk factory. With lunch and dinner. Overnight in Shanghai. Day 8: Shanghai (B L) Morning tour to Yu Garden, after lunch visit the Jade Buddha Temple. Day 9: (B) After breakfast, transfer to Shanghai airport for your flight to your home country.
